We have 3 Weekly Zoom Calls and they are on:

  • Monday at 9 am pacific (10 MST, 11 CST, 12 EST)
  • Wednesday at 10 am pacific (11 MST, 12 CST, 1 EST)
  • Thursday at 2 pm pacific (3 MST, 4 CST, 5 EST)

Tips for Success

I recommend that you have a 1-inch binder and dividers for each module. Journals are also very important to track your journey.

Every module has a series of worksheets that will accelerate your growth. I recommend that you set time aside to work through them daily.

My weight loss guarantee states that if you come to 1 of the 3 calls a week, write 3 thought downloads and 3 thought models a week and post them in the group, complete the worksheets, ask to get coached, do the three-step process of losing 1-2 pounds a week

  1. look at yourself naked daily
  2. weigh daily
  3. decide what you will eat the day before

you will have success.

You will move on to the next module after you complete watching the module and complete the worksheets. Then once you are completed with each module you will have access to replay those modules and access to all my life long learning classes.

When you implement these habits and routines you have set yourself up for success and healthy habits that will guarantee your continued progress.

This program is set up with your own tracking system where you will record your goals and weight.

Please take advantage of this Group. Share insights and questions. Allow yourself to be vulnerable because that is where you will have true change. Do not message me directly (unless it is sensitive in nature). Ask questions in the group, if you have any questions or problems, so do others.
