Coaching

A few frequently asked questions about coaching with me.

We are always getting the results we have in our life whether we realize we are responsible for them or not.  Coaching with Dara means that you start to become conscious of how you are getting those results and then using my tools we start to consciously create the kind of life that we really want.  Imagine you have a 4 car garage filled with boxes and stuff you have been shoving in there to 'deal with later'.  Coaching with me is an opportunity to clean up, sort through and get rid of all the 'stuff' that you don't really want or need.  Imagine how amazing that feels?  It is totally possible for you.  Let's get started.

Coaching with me is a good fit if:

  • You want to feel comfortable in your skin.
  • You are tired of missing out on life because your body is limiting you.
  • There are big things you want to do but have no clue how to get there.
  • You are willing to change your daily practices and actions to get different results.
  • You want to lose weight and keep it off.

You will get out of coaching what you put in. I have seen my clients' eyes light up, goals written down, and huge growth as they take massive action. But that result lies on you, the client. I am here to help and share what I know.  You will see a new version of yourself as you move forward.  We are literally changing the way you think, so you could say that we are 'rewiring' your brain.  This is the best upgrade you ever thought possible.

I have a toolbox full of life changing tools that I teach you to use.  You will become a master of your mind and learn how to decide you want something and then work towards achieving it every time.

The coaching calls are conducted  via Zoom 
 
There are three live coaching calls a week that will be recorded and archived inside the membership portal.
 
The calls are 1 hour each.
 
You will need a zoom account to attend. We have instruction videos showing how to make an account and how to login.

Group Program

A few frequently asked questions about my specialized online classes.

  • the course is 12 weeks
  • you will have two hours a week with me.  On Monday's I teach the week' module interactively with you.  On Wednesday we have a one hour coaching call where you can get coached and watch fellow class members get coached.
  • you belong to a private Facebook group where you will be supported by me and the fellow classmates.  You have access to this group throughout the program.  This is an excellent resource for you to support learning.  You no longer have to feel alone.
  • there are 12 professionally designed modules that we cover weekly

  • I offer the course 4 times per year.

  • I have an application process where you sign up for a 20 min consult or fill out a form and secure your spot.
  • I do limit the number of class members to ensure quality of results.
