Day 2 of the Life Liberated Challenge

Today is the day that you take one of your brain dump items and plug it into the Thought Download. So many new fun things to do at the beginning of the year.

Here is the format of the Thought Download. www.jodymoore.com provided this and I have used many times for my own thoughts. 

Remember to use one thought going through the entire set of questions. Don’t forget why you are doing this- the pursuit is to feel a certain way. How committed are you to feeling that way? 

Thought Download

  1. Describe the problem in detail. Just get everything out on paper as a sort of “brain dump.” Don’t edit or judge it.

2. Now take a look at what you wrote above and list the circumstances here:

3. Everything else you have left over is meaning you are giving to the circumstances (thoughts). Choose one that causes you to feel something painful:

4. What do you feel with you think this thought?

5. When you feel this way, what do you do (or not do) with regards to this circumstance?

6. What is the result you get from that action?
